Dr. Ines attended Cornell University and Jefferson Medical College. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he served as Chief Resident, followed by a fellowship in glaucoma at University of Pennsylvania- Scheie Eye Institute.
